A woman lost her 4-month-old baby in the evacuation site of Lumads, indigenous peoples who were forced to flee their homes in Surigao del Sur because of militarization that resulted to a massacre last September 1, 2015.

Meanwhile, presidential aspirant Mar Roxas doesn’t seem to get the issue.
